In 2007 the community of Red Rock took affirmative action in its efforts to reduce water consumption and began removing unnecessary grass along the fairways and greens of its two Arnold Palmer designed golf courses. In place of the water hungry grass, a variety of beautiful, flowering desert plants and succulents were planted. As you can see the results are quite eye catching.
